A leading luxury brand dealership is seeking an experienced and professional Dealership Administrator to join their award-winning team. In this role, you'll be an essential support to the Accounts department, handling tasks related to creditors, reconciliations, and other administrative duties, while also assisting the Sales department with stock control and other responsibilities that contribute to the smooth running of the dealership. To apply for this position you must have at least 2 years of administrative or accounts experience in a franchised dealership, be fully proficient in Excel, Autoline and CDK, have excellent numerical skills, be bilingual in English and Afrikaans, be highly organized, excel in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Job Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- A valid Drivers License
- At least 2 years of experience as a Dealership Administrator in a franchised motor dealership
- Stock Control, ENatis and Accounts experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Autoline and CDK
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Fully bilingual
- Stable work history
- Contactable references
