Our client is searching for a seasoned, highly experienced 5* Sous Chef ready to step up and manage a large kitchen brigade proficient in catering for large conferences, meetings, and events.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Sous Chef managing a large kitchen brigade, proficient in catering for large conferences, meetings, and events.
- Excellent record of kitchen management.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS).
