- Previous experience in a similar role of 1-2 years minimum is required
Key Responsibilities include:
- Create and distribute engaging and informative content to employees, potential candidates, and the general public.
- Manage internal and external communication related to recruitment, including job postings, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Identify staffing needs within the organization and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
Remuneration: R12,000 - R15,000 p/m (based on experience)
