Your Main Responsibilities Would Be To:
- Market and sell TFG Life Insurance products to new and existing TFG customers.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our range of insurance products.
- Build rapport with customers in order to instill trust and enhance product appeal.
- Effectively question and use customer insights to personalize insurance product offers and ensure customers have accurate information about TFG Life Insurance to make informed decisions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
As An Ideal Candidate You Will Need:
- Matric qualification / NQF4 qualification
- Relevant Insurance qualification – RE5 Required
- Working experience in the Insurance industry (1-2 Years in short term insurance)
- Experience within a sales environment
- Call centre experience (advantageous)
- High level of integrity as you would have access to customer accounts / personal information
- A high degree of accuracy and adherence to quality and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective selling and influencing skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy levels
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and self-driven
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Able to work flexible hours (08:00 – 21:00)
