- Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and techniques, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Credentials in health and safety training, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
