This is an exciting and fast-paced role in product management for the consumer product lines and digital solutions that would be well suited for those who enjoy being hands-on with strategy, has strong execution and delivering results. The role will focus on executing a strategy for consumer segments, building out new card and digital products and scaling existing solutions in the market.
Role Purpose:
The successful candidate will be required to develop and manage products for the MasterCard Consumer segments categorized into the areas like Credit, Debit and Prepaid. The role also includes oversight and delivery of digital solutions that enables a frictionless customer experience from onboarding to transacting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver against growth objectives for Core Issuing and Digital
- Work with Existing Issuers to optimize their portfolios by maximising customer utilization and card growth
- Work with Account managers, enablement teams and customer to sell and deliver new products and solutions
- Work with internal MasterCard teams to analyze internal and external stakeholder needs and issues
- Track progress and reports on project plans for creation and implementation of new product features and enhancements
- Continually enhance on CVP to ensure market differentiation and localisation
- Support the development of internal knowledge documents such as case studies and industry best practices
- Support the development of sales strategy and objectives, and provides training, material development, and product expertise for sales and RFP support
- Supports the development of business cases and requirements for product enhancements
- Enabling new capabilities in the market e.g. SRC, MDES, Contactless, QR etc. and ensuring market readiness

- Deep technical expertise in assigned product, service or platform capability
- Ability to collaborate and work in internal squads created to develop end-to-end solutions for clients with multiple MA capabilities i.e. products, services or platforms
- Clear ability to problem solve and understand client’s needs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver in a high-speed, high-pressure environment
- Help develop and manage a product or project budget/P&Ls (e.g., compiled estimates of cost drivers, developed bottom line numbers)
- Portuguese (Preferred but not mandatory)
