Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical and technical support to our internal global users, ensuring that platform utilization is efficient and optimal. This position is also responsible for executing planned projects, upgrades and initiatives that will support Banxo's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the platform.
- Manage optimization and user experience satisfaction of the platform.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and team structures.
- Design and implement custom dashboards, workflows and boards that meet specific team requirements.
- Create and manage automations, integrations and notifications for streamlined operations.
- Work with APIs to integrate with other business tools.
- Provide technical support and training for users, ensuring high adoption and effective use of the platform.
- Analyse current business processes, propose improvements and drive efficiency through optimization.
- Lead change management initiatives and develop strategies to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implementation process improvements.
- Manage complex projects across multiple teams.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy on the platform.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Admin certification would be advantageous.
- 2+ Years of proven experience in a specialized role, preferably within the financial industry and/or BPO.
- Proven experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Expertise in and related workflow automation tools.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business operations and process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced high-performing team environment.
- Ability to successfully complete projects and tasks with minimum disruption and ensure Risk Mitigation.
