Applicants Must Have The Following Requirements
- Must have a Degree in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Development.
- Must have an Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices Certificate.
- Must be registered with the relevant bodies.
- Must have 4 - 6 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- Must have knowledge of good corporate governance practices.
- Must have knowledge of skills development legislation like SDLA, SDA, LRA, EEA, B-BBEE, and SAQA Act.
- Must have knowledge of the National Skills Development Strategy.
- Must have knowledge of the industry mandate of Conservation and Tourism.
