Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the Transactional Banking Sales function across all South African regions, focusing on the Business Banking Segment.
- Developing and implementing a robust sales execution strategy that aligns with the overall Transactional Banking objectives.
- Delivering innovative Transactional Banking solutions, adding value in all customer interactions.
- Instilling best-in-class sales practices within the team to maximize sales success.
- Expanding the scope of the sales effort to cover Customer Value Propositions (CVPs), client solutions and structuring, pricing, deal support, credit risk management, relationship management, product onboarding, impairments, and marketing.
- Optimizing and developing the team through skills development in cash management, trade & working capital, leadership practices, and relationship management.
- Managing stakeholder relationships across the bank to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales model and optimal access to clients.
- Driving thought leadership across sectors, segments, and geographies.
