Qualifications
We are seeking a Service Controller to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing service calls, maintaining stock control, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Grade 12
- Experience with inventory management and billing systems is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Log service calls and generate Customer Repair Orders for PBX systems and copiers.
- Manage stock orders and handle Goods Received Vouchers (GRV) for incoming stock.
- Create sales orders and process client invoices.
- Prepare quotations for cash on delivery (COD) clients.
