Job Description
- To ensure the efficient and profitable running of all F&B outlets.
- To ensure that all guests receive consistent and satisfactory product and service delivery in line with established 5-star standards.
- Maintain responsibility for sales, expenses, and profit goals as outlined in the food & beverage department operational strategy and budget, whilst delivering impeccable service.
- Procurement, management, and control of all F&B related inventory and operating equipment.
Qualifications
Hotel School diploma or equivalent in Hospitality/Food Service/F&B Management.
Skills
Solid experience as an F&B Manager in a 5-star environment. Attention to detail and maintaining a guest-centric approach in everything. Knowledge and experience with stock control and a love of cooking. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. In-depth knowledge of the latest food and beverage trends and best practices. Excellent communication skills and developed emotional intellect.
