The Role
As our Creative Director , you'll streamline design processes, manage resources efficiently, and support the team in delivering high-quality work. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure that design projects align with business goals and continuously improve operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Efficiency: Leverage AI and implement best practices to enhance operations and streamline workflows.
- Streamline Processes: Improve design workflows for efficiency and consistency.
- Optimize Tools: Select and manage design tools and software that meet team needs, with a focus on AI integration.
- Manage Resources: Oversee budgets, timelines, and team assignments to boost productivity.
- Monitor Performance: Track key metrics to identify and address improvement areas.
- Collaborate: Align design work with development, marketing, and product teams.
- Support Team: Provide training, onboarding, and professional development.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure quality through design reviews, usability testing, and checks on digital projects.
Must-Haves:
- Proven Experience: Experience as a DesignOps Manager or similar role within a global team.
- Operational Expertise: Deep understanding of design operations, resource management, and process optimization.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills that inspire and motivate teams.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Graphics, UI/UX, 3D, Video Production).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Collaboration: Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration.
