Job DescriptionAbout the roleAs a Technology Support Specialist - Onsite at PwC Office, Belfast , you will provide office-based, customer-centric support through the Tech Lounge, helping staff with technical issues and delivering insightful advice. Based in PwC's Belfast Merchant Square office, you'll troubleshoot hardware and software, create and deliver both in-person and virtual training, and ensure the Tech Lounge stays innovative and tech-focused. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high levels of staff satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and engagement with new technologies, all while fostering a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
What your days will look like:Your primary responsibility as a Technology Support Specialist will be ensuring that users receive exceptional support and technical guidance. This is an office-based role, five days a week at our Tech Lounge in Belfast , where you'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, conduct training sessions, and engage with teams on new technologies.
- Delivering customer-focused tech support in the onsite Tech Lounge.
- Interacting with customers both in person and virtually helping to troubleshoot firm-wide technology, including laptops and mobile devices.
- Organising and leading virtual and in-person tech training sessions.
- Collaborating with teams to introduce innovative tech solutions.
