To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. Areas of focus should be social media, digital advertising, content management, website management, with full responsibility of advertising and performance campaigns.Main Duties include:-Promote brand awarenessDevelop and implement marketing strategies, plans and projects and communicate with Senior Leaders of the business.Track and analyse performance on social media platforms against marketing KPI’sDevelop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company driving positive trafficDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionExperiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysisProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groupsBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendorsOversee and approve marketing material.Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsAnalyse behaviour and adjust advertising accordinglyResponsibility for content for Internal Communications PlatformResponsibility of ordering Brand Merchandise and ensuring it is in line with brand guidelines.Oversee advertising and marketing strategies to raise awareness and promote non core businesses which includes arranging trade shows and organising merchandise for trade shows.Essential CriteriaDegree or proven relevant experienceProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)Experience in setting up and optimizing Marketing campaignsNumerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheetsA sense of aesthetics and a love writing and witty communicationUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
