Established and successful stockbroking team seek a Client Relationship Manager to join their team. This role supports the BDM and CEO of this team, with coordination and client services support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and escalate client issues and concerns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as CRM system support, ensure the database is accurately updated with client information
- Manage and complete presentations for client meetings and pitches
- Liaise with central marketing team, ensure branding guidelines are applied to all presentations and proposals
- Maintain library of templates on presentations, proposals
- Coordinate local and international meetings (Teams and in-person) required for client meetings
- Coordinate local and international trips (flights, accommodation, and meetings) required for business development and client meetings
- Manage marketing materials, rooms, gifting, catering etc required for client meetings and engagements
- Assist CEO with coordinating and administration tasks internally and externally
- Relay feedback to CEO on status of various projects
