Description:
The Junior Digital Associate is a unique role that is responsible for ensuring that the various Social Places suites come together on time, within the brief and at a high quality. Hard-working, dynamic applicants are needed.
Please note that it is not a creative role.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer reviews across a range of social media platforms.
- Conducting meticulous audits of social media pages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
- Managing and maintaining customer listings on prominent platforms such as Facebook, Google, TripAdvisor, and more.
- Managing clients on the Social Places software.
- Assist with seamless onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
- Addressing miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our services.
Requirements:
- Digital marketing knowledge.
- Excellent English skills are required.
- Microsoft Office experience.
