Qualifications
- Proven track record in Call Centre operations
- FMCG experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse in English with foreign nationals and business owners
- Strong ability to meet targets and sell a range of products
- Relevant tertiary experience is a plus
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and some Public Holidays as required
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide information about products and services
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers
