Breakfast Chef position available in a luxury hotel in Truro.
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfasts and support the team with food preparation whilst overseeing the morning trade within the kitchen.
Main Duties:
- Prepare fresh ingredients
- Cook food and prepare food in a timely manner
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Maintain Health, Safety, Food & Hygiene standards throughout the kitchen
- Liaise with Head Chef to ensure the smooth execution of day to day processes
- Support other sections within the brigade as necessary
Working hours are 5.30am - 2.30pm, 5 days per week
The ideal candidate for Breakfast Chef
- Previous experience as Breakfast Chef
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
