We are supporting a FTSE 50 business who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Reward Specialist to design and implement a new reward strategy for their finance and trading arm of the organisation.
A newly created role, you will be tasked with supporting senior leaders to design bespoke solutions and processes, bringing new ideas to a business that desires the knowledge of how the commodities/trading/financial services world reward their employees on a global basis!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reward strategy.
- Provide strategic leadership and propose innovative reward strategies.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive reward packages.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other internal teams, including international

- Proven experience in financial services, ideally within trading environments.
- International experience is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Able to navigate large organisations and understand SSC models.
