We are seeking a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits to join our human resources team as a Total Rewards Lead, supporting our operations in the E&A region. This position entails overseeing the entire benefits enrolment, management, and compliance process, which includes integrating the company’s reward strategy, conducting market research, analyzing salary surveys, and assisting in the evaluation of compensation structures and benchmarks.The individual in this role will play a crucial part in communicating with employees and addressing all inquiries related to benefits, policies, documentation, reporting, metrics, audits, and compliance matters.The Total Rewards Lead will ensure high-quality service delivery, engage in identified improvement opportunities, and promote best practices within the field. This position will oversee Total Rewards professionals located in Belgium and India and will be directly responsible for compensation and benefits management in both Spain and the UK.
