This role is perfect for someone who is not only a social media expert but also a visionary leader capable of creating and executing a long-term strategy to boost our brand visibility, engagement, and growth across all social media platforms.Key Responsibilities:Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring continuous growth and increased engagement across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).Content Planning & Creation: Oversee the planning, creation, and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a growing social media team, ensuring the team meets goals and contributes to the overall success of the marketing department.Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to promote brand assets, products, events, and other key initiatives.Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track, analyse, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Audience Engagement: Oversee community management and ensure timely, thoughtful, and consistent engagement with our audience, fostering a positive online community.Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals.Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador on social media platforms, representing The Companys values, vision, and expertise in property education.Requirements:Proven experience as a Head of Social Media, Social Media Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices.Experience developing and executing social media strategies for business growth.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a social media or content team.Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure and improve performance.Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content and innovative campaign ideas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.Strong project management skills with attention to detail.A passion for property investment or education is a plus.Benefits:Access to excellent bonus structure based on performanceCompany discount on stays at our holiday homesAccess to our property investment courses Apple Equipment Free Parking
