RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
The responsibility of the Project Manager/Personal Assistant is not exhaustive and may change from time-to-time as decided by Management.
- Assist the Development Team Lead in managing and overseeing the development projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks for the Development Team Lead, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelors degree, diploma, or relevant coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in Project Management within the IT sector, with at least 3 years in a PM role.
- Project Management Certification is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) is required
- Experience with version control systems like Git is desirable
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with data processing, automation, and report generation.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and database management practices is considered a plus, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle is desirable.
- Experience working as a Personal Assistant in an administrative role is advantageous.
