This is the opportunity to work closely with the AWS team and the Sales team to ensure that the company is acknowledged as the preferred AWS distributor by the market.
It involves: - Establishing and managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders aimed at driving partner adoption and expansion.
- Developing scalable Go-To-Market strategies that ensure the set sales targets are achieved.
- Build a team of motivated PDMs whom you will guide and grow to deliver best-in-class partner experience, achieve targets, and ultimately grow the business, etc.
Requirements: - +5 Years Experience in Partner Development Management / Sales / Business Development Management.
- +2 Years sales Management Experience.
- Experience selling cloud solutions & services to ISVs, and SMB markets.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
- An AWS Certification OR Proven record of own learning applied to the cloud (Preferably AWS).
