Support Desk Analyst: Treasury Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve Complex Technical Queries: Address and resolve intricate technical issues related to treasury management systems for both internal and external clients.
- Analyse technical challenges to optimise system performance and ensure seamless operations.
- Manage database configurations, ensure accurate data imports, and customise system interfaces as per client requirements.
- Generate detailed reports and integrate systems with third-party platforms using SFTP, APIs, and encryption methods.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance technological capabilities and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical support within fintech, with a focus on treasury management systems and related technologies.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with H2H connections, SFTP/FTP, SWIFT, SQL, Crystal Reporting, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, SSO, and SAML 2.0 is preferred.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
