Full time temporary Administrator / Coordinator n St Austell

We are working with a client on a 7 month temporary role working in their offices based in St Austell.
The role is paying £12 per hour.
Your new role
Ensure that all works are planned and scheduled to meet Client deadlines.Feedback completed in to the client system.Ensure that reports are updated to meet planning needs and monitor these reports daily to ensure compliance with Contract requirementsMonitor and improve current jeopardy management tools.Liaise with Managers regarding field staffing levels required to meet peaks and troughs.Ad Hoc Duties as and when required to fulfil Business Requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous administration experience.
IT Skills - particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Numeracy SkillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProfessional telephone mannerProblem solving / decision making.Passionate about Customer Service
