Customer Support Representative (Temporary, Ongoing)
Location: Morden
Duration: Temporary role until April 2025, with potential for permanent placement
Pay: Starting at 13.57 per hour, increasing to 15.87 per hour after 12 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with questions, issues, and requests
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer cases and provide updates
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers
