Our client is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Manager to join their team based in Bradford for a 5-month Fixed Term Contract.
The role will be contracted to 22.5 hours a week and the pro rata salary is approximarely 20,300.
The role:
- Controlling all aspects of the purchase ledger.
- Motivating and managing a team of up to 4 people.
- Controlling all aspects of purchase ledger including stock suppliers, cashflow, and supplier payment runs.
- Inputting and reviewing invoice status daily.
- Controlling and chasing credit claims.
- Processing and posting overhead invoices to Sage 200.
- Agreeing purchase ledger to supplier statements on a weekly basis.
- Resolving any supplier queries.
- Conducting team catch ups and reviews.
- Ad hoc financial and administration duties.
About you:
- An experienced Purchase Ledger Manager or Supervisor.
- Confidence in the use of SAGE is essential.
- Can commit to a Fixed Term Contract for 5 months.
- Highly organised and great attention to detail.
