Our client is looking for an Export Sales Representative to join their company in the PPE industry.
Qualifications and work experience:
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2-4 years in a similar position
- Business Administration Qualification (Advantageous)
- Computer literacy is must on: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience in PPE would be advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal stake holders.
- Coordinate with the logistics departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and related documentation.
Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the African market, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide information on product availability, pricing, and shipping schedules.
- Assist customers with after-sales support and coordinate with the product team for any product-related concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with distributors, agents, and other partners in the African market.
Logistics Coordination:
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to arrange shipments.
- Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle any logistical issues that arise during the export process.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, order status, and market conditions.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the Commercial manager to refine sales strategies and operations.
