- Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in Automotive OEM Sales & Marketing Management
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Commerce
- Strong working knowledge of Automotive OEM Marketing, Aftersales & Parts, Dealership Operations and Financial & Forecasting Principles
- Effective Communication, Corporate Sales & Marketing Strategy, Aftersales & Parts Business Systems, Operational Processes, Financial Acumen and Interpersonal Relations skills
- Detailed knowledge of SAP, QMF and MS Office
- Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive Manufacturer environment
- Stable track record and contactable references
