Human Resources Officer – Recruitment & Selection - BCEA, EE Act, NBC – East Rand
The purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Group in terms of recruitment and selection. The role entails a strong focus on administration and human resources support in order to ensure that the best candidates are appointed to the correct role in support of business endeavours.
Requirements
The purpose of this role is also to offer professional service and support to staff and management, as well as attend to related recruitment and selection queries effectively and timeously. Minimum requirements:
- Human Resources related tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ administration / HR experience in a large company – 3000+ Employees
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, VIP
- Working knowledge of BCEA, Employment Equity Act and NBC Main Agreement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English
- Own reliable transport
