Requirements:
- Post-graduate qualification in Finance or Business Management.
- Professional designation (CA, Attorney, Actuary) required.
- Preferred qualifications: Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Registered Key Individual (KI).
Experience:
- 10+ years in the tied agency industry.
- 5+ years managing tied agencies in financial services.
- 5+ years leading a network of financial advisers.
- 3+ years with technology in financial services.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of people management, risk management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Understanding of the investment, health, insurance, and financial services industry.
