Are you an intelligent and organised individual with a passion for administrative support? An established distributor of products for the construction industry is looking for a young Office Administrator to assist the Senior Administrator. This is a newly created role due to expansion.
In This Role, You'll Be The Go-to Person For:
- Financial administration and communication with Accountant(s)
- Obtaining required documentation from Engineers and ensuring documents are channeled correctly
- HR organising and channeling
- Filing
- Many more ad hoc support duties across various administrative tasks
Requirements:
Some admin experience preferred, but more importantly, you should be comfortable with assisting where needed and eager to learn industry-specific tasks. If you're organised, personable, and have a knack for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to become part of the expanding team and shape the future of the company. Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
