To be considered for this position, you need to have experience in bridging finance either in a case manager, sales, or existing underwriting position.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications, conduct thorough risk assessments, and make informed decisions based on financial analysis.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on borrowers, collateral, and property values to ensure accurate risk evaluation.
- Ensure all underwriting activities align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the sales and origination teams to structure deals that meet both client and company objectives.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
- Support brokers and clients throughout the underwriting process.
- Respond to initial inquiries within the specified SLA timescales.
