Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for contributing to the success of the B2B team, which drives growth through pursuing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing efficient financial and administrative assistance to the B2B Development Manager.
This position is based in Greenpoint, Cape Town.
Main accountabilities include:
- Work closely with the Weylandtsstudio team to formulate creative briefs to meet clients needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to drive the marketing strategy for the role.
- Support the B2B Development Manager to meet key business unit targets in terms of key financial indicators and profitability.
- Prepare initial quotes / cost estimate to send to client.
- Produce final client approved Interior Cost Summary.
- Prepare and process all supplier quotes.
- Prepare and process all supplier orders and coordinate deposit payments and final payments.
- Coordinate and facilitate all deliveries, packing, storage, insurance, freight, transport.
- Liaising with internal Weylandts departments as required (Purchasing/ Finance etc) re Products, costs, supply issues.
- Compiling of reports as required and carrying out all other related administration, including filing.
Technical Skills:
- Matric
- Diploma in accounting or equivalent is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel & Finance systems)
