Eldorado Fresh is looking for a Group Financial Manager with detailed experience and knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and the principles of internal controls. The right candidate will be organised, focused, a self-starter and willing to go the extra mile.
Required Experience & Proficiency:
- Minimum: BCom (Accounting) Honours
- Additional qualifications will be advantageous
- Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience with 5 years' or more experience in a senior, full function, accounting role with management experience is essential
- Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing industries would be highly advantageous
- Experience with inventory management and cost accounting
- Experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Proficient with managing year end processes and audits
- Have been through a full audit firm articles process as part of your career development
- Strong working knowledge of VAT & tax laws, tax processes & IFRS for SME’s
- SARS e-filing and related experience
- Experienced in managing salaries and wages cycles for at least 150 employees
- CIPC knowledge and experience
- Experience with accounting and financial analysis tools
- Intercompany experience would be an advantage
- Registration with a professional body, e.g., SAICA, CIMA, SAIPA is desirable
- No criminal record

- High level of proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel
