Customer Care Agent
Responsibilities
We are seeking a well-spoken EE candidate for the role of Customer Care Agent. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in English and an African language, and have experience in the Retail/FMCG sector. The Customer Care Agent will handle store queries and assist with ad hoc marketing activities. This role requires occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve store-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with various marketing activities as needed, under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotional activities.
- Travel as required to fulfil job responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience:
- Must have prior experience in a Retail/FMCG environment.
Language Skills:
- Bilingual in English and an African language.
Other Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
