We are passionate about ensuring our clients receive high-quality service every time.Your next role as our Customer Service Representative:The purpose of this role is to provide administration assistance to our customer service and operations team; the position could be part-time, shared or full-time. Working in an environment where you will need to demonstrate the ability to multi-task a busy and varied workload and work under pressure to achieve objectives and meet targets. Full training is given from day one, along with ongoing support throughout your journey.What you’ll do every day as our new Customer Service Representative:Building and managing relationships effectively with customers, colleagues and external suppliers.Answering phones and being the main point of customer contact initially.Updating our CRM database (we’ll show you how!).Dealing with and resolving inbound enquiries by email and phone, using exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Support colleagues across the business, ensuring the correct advice is given to customers for the first time.Liaising with colleagues and senior management team to proactively resolve queries.Operate within company policies to ensure tasks are fully accountable.Effectively contributing to team discussions and department meetings and demonstrating support and understanding of change in the company.You’ll have the following experience, skills and personal qualities to excel in this role:An excellent telephone manner and clear English.Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activities.At least one year’s experience of working in customer service.Ability to listen to the customer to understand their needs.Microsoft Office Package, CRM knowledge is preferred.Strong administration, preparation, planning and organisational skills.Demonstrate a professional, positive and flexible approach at all times.Excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal skills, well-developed analytical thinking skills and numerate.
