Initially this role will be focused on delivering our successful academy program that has been developed by the directors of the business, delivering 1-on-1 coaching and continuing to develop and create materials and modules to support our learning program.This position will work closely with the Head of Learning and Development and the Senior members of the business. You will get all of the training you need in order to learn on the job and develop in your own career as well as playing an integral part in the growth & development of the business. Responsibilities:Help to deliver our Academy Program to our inexperienced recruitment hires, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the recruitment industry.Provide 1-on-1 coaching and mentorship.Support the creation of Learning modules and structures for best practice and upskilling within Recruitment Development of training and coaching framework and strategies that are scalable across the business as we grow.Organize and manage training schedules and daily plans Work with external consultants when necessary to further our knowledge and ability to deliver high quality trainingWhat we are looking for from you: NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
