With an impressive client base, our client has grown to over 180 employees and continues to make a significant impact in the industry.We are seeking an experienced Fractional Head of People to join on a part-time basis to cover maternity leave. Leading a small team, you will oversee the People & Talent agenda, with a strong focus on strategic people development, leadership, and culture initiatives.Key Responsibilities:As the Fractional Head of People, your primary focus will be to continue fostering a high-performance culture while supporting employees in their growth.
