You will be a high-impact member of the marketing team that assists and executes on strategy defined by the Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager for Northern & Western Europe.What You’ll DoMarketing ProgramsAssist and Work together with the Senior Channel and Field Marketing Manager for Northern & Western Europe to develop and implement regional marketing activity for Northern & Western Europe.Responsibilities include:Integrated and direct marketing activity directed at customers, prospects, distributors, and resellersExecution of regional OEM marketing programs and eventsRegional trade show and event managementRegional webinar content, schedule, and delivery working with corporate marketingContent Review of collateral and presentation materials as necessaryRegional sales enablementDigital MarketingExhibit best practices in email marketing copy to drive revenue and customer acquisitionManage demand generation aspects of localized websites and maintain regional micro sites as appropriateAssist and Execute regional lead generation and nurturing campaigns, programs and eventsDeliver ROI focused measurement reportingExecute online media, email acquisition, affiliate marketing including Salesforce and Pardot as appropriateEvents/TradeshowsAssist, plan and manage regional trade shows and events under the supervision of the Senior Field & Channel Marketing ManagerRepresent field marketing at SOTI events as neededDispatch of SOTI booth assets to key regional events and oversee their setupMaintain SOTI website and/or regional microsites with upcoming event informationPublic RelationsWork with Field Marketing Team to support local PR opportunities, press releasesAssist with the management of case study referral programChannel Engagement & DevelopmentAssist sales team in the development of actionable, measurable programs for the recruitment of new resellersAssist and Execute on programs designed by Senior Field & Channel Marketing Manager to help develop existing reseller business and support co-marketing activitiesWork with sales team and resellers in supporting local shows, lunch-and-learns, etc.Assist with the rollout out of channel sales training programs as necessaryCoordination of regional channel communicationsBudget Management & PlanningAssist in developing annual and quarterly regional field marketing plan that aligns with regional sales, corporate marketing, and overall corporate objectivesAssist with the planning and reporting of regional marketing budget, accrual and expenditure within regionCreate all PO’s in line with agreed budgets and submit to corporate for approval as per P.O. processMeasure key performance indicators of regional marketing activities with monthly and quarterly roll upQualificationsNative English SpeakerAdditional language is a big a plus (such as Dutch, French, Norwegian or Swedish)1-3 years of marketing experience including in-depth knowledge of all marketing mediums and integrated campaign managementExperience implementing field marketing plans, especially events, that include measurements of successProven, effective communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong project and collaboration skillsDemonstrable capabilities of building project plans and managing them through to successful completionProven track record of exceeding targets and meeting deadlines under pressureSelf-motivated, can-do attitude with a strong team focus and customer service towards internal and external partiesBe a fast learner; open to learn and build expertise in supporting tech systems, such as Salesforce, Project Management toolsA valid driver’s license and availability to travel nationally and internationally
