Mode Search is exclusively partnered with a global luxury brand in their search for a Client Development Manager, this is a full time position based from their central London offices, offering 1 day working from home.This brand's innovative craftsmanship is ingrained in their collections ranging from men and women’s contemporary ready-to-wear, accessories and exquisite leather goods. Due to rapid global growth and success of the brand, this is a newly created role to support the existing head office CRM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a client-centric culture within the store and ensuring the effective execution of the global CRM strategy.The RoleDevelop a network of business contacts through regular meetings like breakfasts and lunches with the customer to increase sales and expand the customer portfolio.Organize private appointments and develop customer relationships in collaboration with the Worldwide Client Service Development Manager and other company functions involved.Collaborate with the HQ Client & VIC Development team to ensure in-store experiences align with customer needs and company standards.Gather stores' "Excellent Service" requirements and share them with the Worldwide Client Development and Experience Manager.Propose a ranking of brand experiences by cluster to enhance the VIC Fashion Show and VIC appointmentsShare the brand experiences with the Worldwide Client Service Development Managers and Store Managers/teams, supporting their on-site implementation, monitoring their progress, and participating in events as necessary.Conduct appropriate analyses and coordinate activities following the brand experiences.Monitor the business performance of the VICs in relevant stores, summarize the business, and follow up on implemented actions.Build and maintain relationships with the customer by collaborating with hotels, luxury service companies, tour operators, personal shoppers, etc. to develop personalized services for select hotels.Constantly map VICs with Store Managers/teams, collecting relevant commercial information.Monitor customer service quality through continuous store contact and feedback.Support the research and selection of In-Store Client development, when in structure.Support the objective setting for In-store CRM.Direct In-Store Client development/Store Managers towards achieving sales objectives by proposing and implementing corrective actions.Guide the In-Store Client development/Store Manager in developing local knowledge networks.Support the In-Store Client development/Store Manager in managing all sensitive and contentious cases involving top clients.RequirementsDemonstrated history in a client development role in a luxury brand environment.
