Posting on behalf of our Recruiting Partners.Job Title: HR & Finance Product Analyst (MS D365)Location: United KingdomPurposeTo ensure the efficient integration, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics D365 for the HR and Finance Departments, delivering both DevOps and System Administration functionalities.To actively support the team’s goal of consistently ranking in the top three in the FIA Constructor’s Championship.Primary ResponsibilitiesFocusing on the HR and Finance modules of the ERP System, the D365 Specialist plays a key role in deploying, maintaining, and improving the system to meet business needs. This role requires technical expertise and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver a seamless and high-performing ERP experience.ERP System Implementation & Support:Contribute to the ongoing implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics D365 for HR and Finance.Provide technical support for system issues, troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to D365.DevOps & Continuous Integration:Develop and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for Dynamics 365 within the HR and Finance functions.Automate deployment processes to ensure efficient and reliable system updates and releases.System Administration:Oversee the administration of the HR and Finance modules, ensuring optimal system performance, stability, and security.Manage system backups, monitor role profiles, plan for disaster recovery, and ensure data integrity protocols are in place.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:Partner closely with HR and Finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within D365.Act as a bridge between IT and functional teams to ensure proper alignment and integration of D365 capabilities across departments.Training & Documentation:Design and conduct training sessions for end-users in HR and Finance, ensuring they maximize the value of the D365 system.Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and address any bottlenecks or areas for improvement.Regularly produce reports on system health, performance, and the resolution of incidents to support ongoing system enhancement.General Responsibilities:Actively participate in meetings, providing insight and updates on the system.Proactively maintain and develop expertise in Microsoft Dynamics D365, keeping up with industry standards and emerging technologies.Perform additional duties as needed in line with the role’s objectives.Skills & Knowledge RequiredEducation & Experience:Previous experience in a similar role supporting HR and Finance departments, preferably within a fast-paced environment (motorsport or Formula 1 experience is a plus).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365, particularly the HR and Finance modules.Understanding of HR and Finance industry best practices.Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Experience with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and scripting (PowerShell, Azure DevOps).Solid understanding of system administration, IT security principles, and networking.Professional Skills:Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.General Attributes:Self-motivated, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.Calm and efficient under pressure, capable of meeting deadlines and achieving targets.Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative, with a positive attitude towards teamwork and a changing work environment.Strong decision-making skills, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across departments.A clear understanding and commitment to Health & Safety protocols.
