Through open dialogue and collaborative practices, DDA creates a supportive environment that embraces differences and drives collective success.About YouAs a Social Media Executive, you'll be expected to support the social team in the planning, production and delivery of social media campaigns for global, high-profile entertainment clients, particularly within the Film and TV industries. Your responsibilities will include ideating, planning, publishing and creating social content across a diverse client portfolio.You'll play an important role in supporting with the day-to-day running of our client accounts and campaigns, working with internal and external stakeholders, completing tasks with great organisational skills, composure under pressure, a meticulous attention to detail, and a good understanding of social media platforms, TOV and language, while developing a clear vision for their creative possibilities.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the social team with the day-to-day client and account management, delivery of creative assets and social media services, with oversight from a Social Media Manager and collaboration of team membersSupporting on the ideation of social content and working alongside our design team, briefing and managing the creation of social media assetsPlan and manage content calendars and scheduling content, writing engaging copy, captions and handling community management that aligns with platform best practice and the tone of voice of brand/projectCapturing and creating social media content with native platform tools and appsSupport on social media reporting on your campaigns/retainers, and compiling social listening reportsContribute to social media brainstorms and ideation for our clients’ campaignsKeep up to date with social media platform news and social media trends, ensuring you always follow best practice and being able to identify relevant opportunities for our clientsSkills & Experience1-2+ years of experience working in social media marketing, ideally with some experience managing social channels and ideating/creating social contentPassion for the Film/TV/Entertainment industry and for cultivating fandoms on socialGood knowledge of the social media industry, platforms and best practicesBasic understanding of native platform tools such as Meta Business Manager, YouTube Studio, TikTok and XContent creation skills a plus, through native social tools and appsOn the pulse with trends, pop-culture moments and internet cultureExceptional verbal and written communication skills, and excellent attention to detailProactive and intuitive, with strong organisational skills and ability to multitask to meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projectsA team player but also able to work independentlyBeing creativeAdditional InformationWe offer hybrid working with 2 x days working from the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 3 x days from homeQuestionPlease share 1 x Entertainment Social Account which you enjoy, and 1x of your favourite Social Accounts in general
