To actively contribute to the Team’s primary objective of consistently being a top three team in the FIA Constructor’s ChampionshipPrimary ResponsibilitiesThe MS D365 Product Manager at F1 plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic vision, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within the team. This position combines technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for motorsport to optimize processes, enhance collaboration, and elevate performance.Responsibilities:1. Solution Strategy and Roadmap:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the D365 roadmap aligned with businessobjectives.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation using D365capabilities.Ensure seamless integration of D365 modules across various functions (e.g., finance, supplychain, HR, CRM)2. Product Ownership:Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for D365 capabilities.Gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage backlog items.Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.3. Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with business leaders, users, and external partners to understand their needs andpain points.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Champion D365 adoption and provide training to end-users.4. Project Management:Lead D365 implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Collaborate with IT and external consultants to execute successful deployments.5. Data Analytics and Insights:Leverage D365 analytics tools to extract actionable insights.Monitor KPIs, track performance, and recommend data-driven decisions.Drive continuous improvement based on data analysis.6. Change Management:Facilitate change management initiatives related to D365 adoption.Communicate updates, benefits, and best practices to the organization.Address user concerns and ensure smooth transitions.7. Vendor Management:Collaborate with Microsoft and other technology partners.Evaluate new features, licensing options, and upgrades.Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships.Skills &Knowledge RequiredQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).Extensive experience (8+ years) in D365 implementation, configuration, and administration.Strong understanding of F1 operations and dynamics.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are a plus.
