The Purpose of the Role
As a Business Development Manager hereat Honeywell Process Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving thegrowth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying newbusiness opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients,and developing strategic partnerships. Your goal will be to expand our customerbase, increase revenue, and drive profitability.
Key responsibilities
Identify and pursue new businessopportunities in the market for Honeywell Process Solutions Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients and key stakeholders Develop and execute strategic salesplans to achieve revenue targets Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to deliver innovative solutions to customers Conduct market research and analysisto identify trends and opportunities Provide market feedback and insightsto internal teams to drive product development and improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 7 yearsof experience in business development or sales role Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving business growth Strong communication and negotiationskills Excellent relationship-buildingabilities

University Degree or equivalent experiencelevel Experience in the industry Knowledge of market trends andcompetitive landscape Ability to think strategically andidentify new business opportunities Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning. Previous working experience in a complex organization
