To Co-ordinate and control the Administrative Branch, financial and administrative requirements of
the department through review and evaluation of current procedures and opportunities. To improve
process, systems and controls, mapping of the short-term human and financial resources
requirements. To maintain service level and controlling the financial, risk procurement, auxiliary
services, administrative and human resources support services key performance areas to ensure
the branch contributes positively to the Department’s compliance with financial and governance
regulations and legislations.
