Reservation and Guest Experience Manager
This is a highly important, working front of house in a prestigious boutique Hotel/Italian restaurant in the North Lincolnshire area. This role will be the first face and voice of the business.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to operate using your own initiative and willing to go the extra mile to make customers feel special is paramount.
The hours: 36 in total
This role is 4 days per week and 1 Saturday every 2 weeks
Weekly hours:
Monday – 9.30-4.30
Tuesday – 10.30-6.30
Wednesday – 10.30-6.30
Thursday – 9.30-4.30
Friday off
Alternate Saturdays – 12-8
December requirement to work extra days with extra pay.
Pay:
Pay rate is £12.25 per hour
Annual salary £22932
Tronc starting allocation - £2500.00
Performance bonus £1000 (paid quarterly based on business KPI’s)
Total salary £26432
The role:
- General reception duties to include making bookings for the hotel and restaurant
- Liaising and controlling reservations through OTAs, sending confirmations, taking payments and deposits, arranging menu pre orders, answering emails
- managing hotel and restaurant reservations along with the guest experience
- planning housekeeping, stock management and general administration duties
- Conference and meeting room organisation and delivery
- health and safety routine checks.
You:
Must have a showstopping smile, be a gifted multitasker – confident in talking to people, be well travelled and genuinely interested in food and dining. Front of house experience is an advantage but hotel reception experience is necessary.

Experience with booking engines – booking,com and Expedia.
Good standard of written English, impeccable presentation.
Be punctual and reliable and have good administration skills.
Potential for more hours if the candidate is interested in taking on some accounting duties and KPI reporting.
