Main Purpose:
To assist in performing administrative functions within the department.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Export experience
- Accept customer sales orders
- Generate container utilisation and make necessary amendments
- Consolidated final market orders on Sage
- Generate PFI's
- Quality check samples upon receipt
- Bin transfers
- Generated and co-ordinate full shipping document pack (including commercial invoice, packing slip, health certificate, COO, and legalisation)
Knowledge & Experience:
- Matric or senior certification equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in freight forwarding and exports
- High level of computer literacy
