About the Role
As Head of Franchise, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our franchise network, driving operational excellence, building strong relationships with franchisees, and ensuring brand consistency across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support franchisees to ensure business success and growth.
- Lead franchise sales and implement strategies to drive revenue and expansion.
- Oversee franchise operations, compliance, and brand standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Develop onboarding programs and training for new franchisees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (MBA is a plus).
- At least 5 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the barbershop, grooming, or service industry.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills, with a proven track record of success.
