Requirements
- Swedish speaker with professional fluency
- Proactive and performing well under pressure
- Excellent attention to details
- Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training
- Matric or higher
- Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools
- FSB registered a big bonus
- Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Claims services.
- Replying to incoming email enquiries
- Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims.
- Efficient start to end claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment.
- Provide friendly and outstanding customer service
- Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work efficiently in a multilingual and multicultural team
